Value of Coaching

The magic of coaching lies in the spaces between and after our sessions - it's where the work goes to work.

This was a big AH-HA for me during a coaching seminar with @Marshall Goldsmith. He spoke about value and time non-linearly in a way I hadn't heard before.

It's not about the time we spend together, but the exponential growth that happens when our client takes our work and run with it.

Lesson learned: Get crystal clear about the VALUE that your product or service has to offer

Here are some of my favorite value statements when it comes to coaching:

"What is the value of coaching?"

• Time dedicated to think deeply
• Having someone who is always on your side
• Better listening and speaking skills
• Relationship to self and others improve
• Goals achieved; now and in the future
• Increased sense of possibilty, multiple pathways
• Congruency/alignment
• Connection to purpose and impact
