Here's what I'm learning:
Increasing your prices isn't only about inflation or market trends. It's about honoring your own growth and the value you bring to your clients.
As coaches, we're constantly investing in ourselves - through learning, personal development, and honing our craft. This investment isn't just time and money; it's our energy, creativity, and passion.
I call this ROPI - Return on Personal Investment. It's recognizing that as we evolve, so does the value we offer. Our pricing should reflect not just where we are, but the journey we've taken to get there.
Here's the key: price increases should always align with your vision and values. It's not about charging more for the sake of it (this can feel weird and out of integrity), but about ensuring your rates reflect the true worth of your expanded capabilities and insights.
Remember, when you honor your own growth, you're better equipped to facilitate powerful transformations for your clients.
