About Momentum

In years past, I felt like I was sprinting into the holidays and running on fumes as I tried to capture what had happened last year and what the hell I was going to do in the next. I didn't stop or take stock of what had worked and what had flopped to make thoughtful decisions about what I would do next. It led to one year bleeding into the next and having to make unnecessary adjustments to account for things that I could have foreseen.

As I write this on October 23rd, my 2025 planning is set to be completed by November 1st. I’m looking forward to closing out and celebrating an incredible year, having a plan for next year, and most importantly, being present for holiday festivities and family time over the next two months.

This is the earliest I’ve been able to “complete” my year and I’ve taken notes about the most important elements for coaches and consultants to take into consideration along the way (I've got the process down to a bit of science).

At a higher level, it feels like turning a page in business maturity. There’s a readiness to strategically attack next year because I’ve done the work to reflectively learn and grow about this one. 

 There’s a level of confidence and clarity that it produces - so I wanted to share it.

Over 30 days, we’ll finish strong together so we can start with momentum come 2025.

Live Session Dates: Tuesdays | 4-5 pm EST 

1. Nov 12: Completion & Reflection [COMPLETE] 
   • Identify what you’ve achieved this year, celebrate your wins, and close any open loops to make space for new opportunities in the coming year.
2. Nov 19: Know Your Numbers 
   • Get clear on your financials, track progress, and understand your business metrics. Knowing your numbers will allow you to create awareness and leverage around where you want to go next. 
3. Dec 3: Visioning & Goal Setting 
   • Craft a compelling vision for 2025. Set ambitious yet achievable goals that align with your bigger picture and ignite the passion behind your work. This also means setting rank-ordered priorities to guide your time and energy.  
4. Dec 10: Business Plan & Support Structures 
   • Build a practical and adaptive business plan for the next 6-12 months. Identify the support structures you’ll need to achieve your goals and thrive in the new year.

All sessions will be recorded and uploaded into the course portal.

1. Attend live sessions: In our four 60-minute live sessions, you’ll gain the tools, strategies, and mindset shifts to end the year powerfully and step into 2025 with momentum. Each session contains practical takeaways, live training, and opportunities for coaching among a community of like-minded entrepreneurs. 
2. Complete weekly practices & assignments: You will get access to an online course portal with downloadable tools and short assignments to complete between sessions. These are recommended to get the most out of the live sessions.
