Drawing from extensive experience in both athletics and business, Sebastian helps high-achievers navigate their biggest challenges while maintaining peak performance. His methodology transforms how leaders show up for themselves and their teams.
FORGED ON THE FIELD
Leadership wasnāt learned in a classroom - it was developed on Yaleās football field, where Sebastian experienced firsthand the demands of high-performance athletics at an elite academic institution. As a varsity athlete, he learned to balance intense physical demands with academic excellence, building the foundation for his understanding of peak performance under pressure. While at Yale, he worked with the Yale Center for Emotional Intelligence to develop curriculum on emotionally intelligent leadership - combining his passion for athletics with the science of human potential.
THE EVOLUTION
After Yale, Sebastian joined the McChrystal Group, a management consulting firm founded by retired 4-star general Stan McChrystal. There, he honed his expertise in organizational leadership and team dynamics. Today, as a PCC-certified coach through ICF and ACCC professional coach through Accomplishment Coaching, he helps leaders navigate their biggest challenges.
